If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you need to send it back, you have 14days from the date your order was delivered to return or exchange your purchase.
Sporty ProReturn & Exchange policy terms and conditions
Returns apply to unused, unworn items with their labels still intact. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Sporty Pro and designer tags still attached and fully intact. Sporty Pro and its vendor's packaging should be returned in the same condition it was received (box, bag, etc.).
The following items cannot be returned/exchanged: swimwear, socks, Lingerie, or any custom-made orders.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with any return. Items that are damaged, torn or soiled will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Returns that do not meet Sporty Pro Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed. We will inform you with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
Refunds will be only on the cost of products. Any shipping or processing fees will not be refunded, unless the product is proven to be defected or faulty.
Sporty Pro offers exchange within 14 days and are charged at 50 EGP for Cairo, Giza and Alex and 65 EGP for all other cities except Red Sea (cost to be determined)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please Return all items, including the dust bag and box. The shoebox is part of the product and should remain intact by placing it in our packaging when sending it back to us, otherwise it will not be accepted.
If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface when you try them on to protect the soles. We regret that soiled soles will not be accepted as returns.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for store credit through a Voucher.
How to request a return
We accept returns within 14 days after your order has been delivered. To request a return, please create a return request through the following link:
You will first need to request a Return through an email request (see above); please contact Sporty Pro customer care and specify the items you wish to exchange. Your returned item value will be sent to you in store credit in a form of a promo code that you can apply in a new order to exchange your item.
How to get a refund
Same as Return Policy.
Sporty Pro will return the value of your returned item using the following methods after it gets sent back to Sporty Pro for inspection and approval:
Cash through a bank deposit
Transfer to a mobile wallet
Credit or debit card payment
Refunds may take 10-14 working days to be reflected on your bank account. Cash refunds through bank deposits are applicable in Egyptonly.
